Plot:
An alien (E.T) is found by a 10 year old boy called Elliott.

Harisson Ford played the school principal, however his only scene was cut.
The film was shot in chronological order.
Michael Jackson recorded a theme tune for the film called "Someone in the Dark", however
it was never used in the film.
The working title for the film was "A Boys Life".
Awards
In 1983 it won four Oscars for Best Sound Effects, Best Visual Effects, Best
Orginal Music Score and Best Sound. It was also nominated for five other Oscars.
